This creamy Velvet Matcha Latte blends ceremonial matcha, chlorophyll, reishi, and chia seeds for steady energy, emotional grounding, and a calming ritual that helps you feel nourished from the inside out.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons ceremonial-grade matcha
  • 2 teaspoons cardamom syrup
  • 1 teaspoon fresh orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid chlorophyll
  • 1/2 teaspoon reishi (or adaptogen blend) powder or tincture
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon collagen peptides (optional)
  • pinch of sea salt

 

  • Optional Add-Ins
  • MCT oil
  • top with sprinkle of chia seeds
  • top with sprinkle of coconut sugar

Instructions

  • Boil the filtered water.
  • Add the matcha powder to a glass bowl.
  • Pour the hot water over the matcha and whisk until completely smooth and frothy.
  • In a frother that warms or small saucepan over low heat, combine the coconut milk, cardamom syrup, chlorophyll, reishi adaptogen, vanilla, collagen peptides, orange zest, and a pinch of sea salt. Warm and  stir until froth until creamy.
  • Add the whisked matcha into a mug, then pour the warm coconut mixture on top.
  • Top with chia seeds, and/ or coconut sugar if desired.
