- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons ceremonial-grade matcha
- 2 teaspoons cardamom syrup
- 1 teaspoon fresh orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid chlorophyll
- 1/2 teaspoon reishi (or adaptogen blend) powder or tincture
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
- 1/2 teaspoon collagen peptides (optional)
- pinch of sea salt
- Optional Add-Ins
- MCT oil
- top with sprinkle of chia seeds
- top with sprinkle of coconut sugar
Instructions
- Boil the filtered water.
- Add the matcha powder to a glass bowl.
- Pour the hot water over the matcha and whisk until completely smooth and frothy.
- In a frother that warms or small saucepan over low heat, combine the coconut milk, cardamom syrup, chlorophyll, reishi adaptogen, vanilla, collagen peptides, orange zest, and a pinch of sea salt. Warm and stir until froth until creamy.
- Add the whisked matcha into a mug, then pour the warm coconut mixture on top.
- Top with chia seeds, and/ or coconut sugar if desired.
