This was my life until my body broke down completely, leaving me bed ridden for weeks on end, suffocating from panic attacks, depression, and low self-worth, all while trying to make sense of and heal from past codependent, trauma-bonded, narcissistic abusive relationships. For years, the symptoms continued and became more regular. 

At the time I didn’t make the connection between my diminishing mental health and degrading physical health.

Those are the words I yelled in my head, at myself for finding myself in the same situation, yet again. Feeling exhausted, taken advantage of, surrounded by people who wanted more from me, but not the best for me, feeling depleted, ignored, undervalued, under-appreciated, and completely overwhelmed by life experiences. 


Enough is Enough!

My body and intuition were screaming at me, as if to say, "Keep listening to your body and trust yourself." Which led me to a more holistic, functional medicine team. I discovered that my body had a major adrenal dysfunction, a stress-related condition that stems from chronic elevation of adrenal hormone levels. For me, this was tied my official diagnoses of sleep apnea, and fibromyalgia—a long-term chronic condition that causes extreme muscle pain, brain fog, depression, complex migraines, and chronic fatigue. 

Fed up with feeling dismissed by doctors only focusing on one symptom at a time...I needed to know what was causing this full-on body breakdown.

Self-love saved me

Having a diagnosis was a relief because I could now navigate this with education and proactive daily focus. 

I set out to take control of my own health by taking a new approach. I dove headfirst into my wellness journey by shifting my nearly four decades-long focus from, “I hate my body, it is broken and needs to change and be fixed,” to, “I love my body so damn much and want it to be well. I deserve my own love and attention.”

I began to be more proactive, doing everything in my power to feel better by educating myself and looking more closely at the mind-body-spirit connection.

I trained in Functional Nutrition and with mindbodygreen health coaching program, mentoring under some of today’s top doctors and wellness leaders, which amplified my already decade long thriving life coaching practice via PlayWithTheWorld.com. I started to see improvements in my mental, emotional, and physical health. 

I LEARNED FIRSTHAND THAT SMALL SUBTLE INTENTIONAL SHIFTS ADDED INTO OUR DAILY ROUTINE REAP TREMENDOUS RESULTS.



I overhauled my entire life, by removing all toxicity, including the foods I ate, to where I lived. I put up boundaries, stopped people pleasing, and started living for me. 

Everything changed for the better

By utilizing the power of science and traditional practice with ancient wisdom and homemade natural remedies, I transformed my life.   

  • As I started to look at my inner landscape and my mental focus on removing shame and self-infecting destructive thoughts, I Saw massive improvements in my overall health.

  • I STARTED TO READ BIOLOGICALLY YOUNGER, MY VITALS RETURNED TO EXCELLENT, MY BMI WENT DOWN, MY BODY FELT MORE BALANCED, AND I WAS MORE PRESENT AND PEACEFUL. 

  • I began to share these rituals and recipes with my clients and wellness magazines, and they too saw the transformation. They shared with me they that they experienced amazing results.
